Biography: Julie Ann Wilkerson

Julie Ann Wilkerson, originally from Virginia Beach, Virginia, began her first experience in her love for music when she was called to sing solo in her hometown church at a very early age.

Julie worked as a commercial fisherwoman on the east coast for Waneheese Fish Company, Waneheese, N.C. to support herself and obtain the money to move to Nashville to record.

Julie has worked on the road in concessions for Waylon Jennings and has worked in approximately 20 Hollywood motion pictures.

Julie has also produced workshops and seminars on recovery from alcohol abuse, dysfunctional family, co-dependency and addiction.

As a humanitarian and a lover of animals Julie has had herself painted as a mermaid in honor of the manatee at John's Pass Village in Mederia Beach, Florida.
